Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa

The name of this movie is Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa released in 2008-10-30 and it's main theme is Alex, Marty, and other zoo animals find a way to escape from Madagascar when the penguins reassemble a wrecked airplane.
